We're leaning toward Anna Elizabeth. I'm pretty sure it will be Anna, but the MN is still up in the air. I kind of want a mn that is more unique since it is such a traditional first name, but DH doesn't like anything I've come up with.

Middle names are for the two grandmothers although my husband chose his mother's birth name which was subsequently changed because it was "too Jewish" for her to be safe in eastern Europe during the war. 

The first name is because there are ties to Hebrew (Niva), Gaelic (Neve or Niamh) and Russian (Neva) and honours all our heritages as well as meaning from the place of snow in Spanish/Italian.  We thought it was a good name for our little January snowflake.

@BuckeyeMommy4- See DH and I both have our picks and he's starting to give into mine...now I'm second guessing myself. Mind tricks I tell you:) then I worry that he doesn't actually like it and we'll have a daughter with a name he doesn't like forever..naming is difficult!

Gah! Team green here-- love all these adorable names! We are still in the toss up generally speaking- but last night we did make a little name progress. Granted, a couple of the choices make us seem like crazy Dr. Who nerds- but eh, could be worse.

*Douglas is my dad's first name, Warren was his favorite grandfather who passed away many years ago

 

Girl: Violet Louise or Amelia Louise  ---those have been the top 2 for a long time, and nothing else has sparked the Oooo factor.  

*Louise is my great-grandmother's first name, and my favorite favorite grandma's middle name (Her first name was Barbara....not as much of a fan)

I suggested a name that is one of his top picks and now I hate it! His other top pick is the boy name we had picked out for DD2 and DD3, but I'm over it now. He won't lean toward my names at all

Love seeing all the names, but it's not helping my selection process!! We are far from choosing, but our top contenders have been Knox, Henry, and Lincoln. We're back and forth on the first two mainly, but I keep thinking there's a name on the tip of my tongue I just don't know it yet. Way harder naming our boy.

@BuckeyeMommy4- Same thing happened here- I suggested a name that he loved but I wasn't sold on..so then he got on board with that one and I don't like it as much anymore...The name he's on board with was my second choice for DD1. Then I found a totally different name I love and he's like "no we decided already!"
