Stupid question about boobs

I already know that I may ge flamed for this question, but I honestly don't know the answer. I'm pretty sure that I have developed a blocked duct. If I need to call the doctor, which one do I call? Ob or PCP?

    My OB told me to call her if I have any sign of Mastitis. I don't need a referral to see my OB.

    Edit: I've had two of those fuckers and doing exactly what AmyG said got me through. Also, taking ibuprofen helped.

    I had a clogged duct that led to mastitis QUICKLY. I just spent the weekend sweating out a fever. Follow the tips from AmyG to keep that from happening if you can! GL and feel better.

    Fwiw, I called my OB about the antibiotics for my infection.
    Married DH <3 : 7/7/12; 3 fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat)
    DS born 9/3/13; DD born 7/22/15; LO due 5/28/18
    FS (age 5) and FD (age 2) to become AS/AD very soon!
