I believe I am having di/di twins. As a matter of fact, twin B implanted later than twin A. I go back on thursday for a follow up (supposed to get another u/s but the receptionist didn't sound to sure) I hope twin B grew some more!!
Not necessarily. Mo/mo - yes. Mo/di - yes. Di/di - maybe not. I have di/di and am high risk due to age, IVF, and cervical history. The rapid growth of my twins exacerbated my cervical issues.

I have di/di twins and have been considered on the "low end" of the high risk scale for most of my pregnancy. I went on to be considered more high risk around 25 week-ish.

Most OBs automatically classify all multiples as high risk, primarily due to the increased risk for PTL. My MFM was careful to say that most multiples will be an uncomplicated "normal" pregnancy despite the classification. I saw your u/s pic on the multiples board and it looks di-di. HR isn't automatically bad, they just watch you more closely from the start. I've had 2 HR pregnancies (GD twice, mo-di twins with growth discordance and bed rest for PTL this past time) and both times we made it full term with healthy babies.
