Restless arm??

Hi Ladies,

I need to know if any of you ladies ever had that restless arm feeling. I had it yesterday all night long that I barely slept. I did some research and it says that the cause of it might be things with caffeine like drinks. I drank a little not even half way cup of soda so probably might be that? I never had that feeling in my arm before just my legs rarely. Any one here knows how to go about feeling better with that horrible uncomfortable pain? I would really appreciate your help.

I get that with my legs now and it can be so annoying. When that happens to me, I usually like to get in the bath and try to relax and let the warm water calm me down. At least by the time the bath is over I'm more relaxed and can focus on sleeping. Hang in there!
