hazelnut?

my mom is with my 15mnth old daughter and is wondering if she can have hazelnut gelato...any thoughts

Even if she handles peanuts fine she may have an allergy to tree nuts so you won't know until she has them. Hazelnut is a tree nut whereas peanuts are legumes.

This.  If she has any issues with other nuts or legumes I would be a bit more cautious.  If not then go ahead and give it to her.

thanks, she ended up trying pumpkin pie gelato and was obsessed with it!!
