DH cooks on the weekends, which always leads to extreme leftovers. So I DO NOT have to cook until Tuesday. Then we may or may not have pizza on Friday. So when I meal plan, I only plan on three days.
Next week: Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread Tuesday: Kids will have homemade Bacon mac and cheese with broccoli - DH and I have our last date night
Wed-At least Friday - IDK. I will be in hospital having baby. Sat: May be home. A freezer meal (I have 2 weeks worth) Sunday: Turkey dinner (since it is put in oven and ignore)
Mmm.... Those are so yummy! Even my picky eaters will eat them! I may have to go out today and what I need to make them and make 2 or 3 freezer meals. I had forgotten those.
Tonight- roast with carrots, potatoes, green beans Monday- Left overs Tuesday- home made pizza, salad Wednesday- pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese, green beans Thursday- veggie fried rice and shrimp bao buns Friday- Tacos

I made steak fajitas, with white corn tortilas, bell pepper and onion (no sides)
Tonight I'm making lemon pepper chicken wtih zucchini
Tomorrow: Pork chops with a balsamic glaze, not sure what side to have with it yet.
I need some serious improvment on my meal planning. But I am getting better.
