Crones and meds while pregnant

I am 6wks pregnant with my 4th child - I have twins that are 2yrs old and when I was pregnant with them I was diagnosed with Crones. Very rough pregnancy and scary 6 months after including hospital stay for a month when the girls were 2 months old - I have been on Humira since then and worry about taking this and being pregnant - anyone have any experience with this??? Thanks!
