Can't see my new avatar

Hi, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  I added my personal photo to be my new avatar, but I can't get it to show up on the site.  I see it when I go to "My Bump" and "My Account", but on my forum postings and homepage, it's still the standard Bump silhouette.  Any help?

OK, there it is.  I guess it just takes 20 minutes or so to refresh.  Just FYI, in case anyone else is having trouble.
