Hi everyone! We will be doing our first FET in the new year and I'm wondering what to expect protocol-wise. My clinic is very pro-BCP so I'm assuming I'll be on them in addition to Lupron injections, so my guess is it will be about 6 weeks from start of BCPs to transfer.
How long (days/weeks) was your FET protocol from start to finish?
Did anyone do a natural FET? What was your experience?
I'm in my first FET cycle now. No BCP but I started Lupron on day 21 of the cycle prior to the actual cycle we'd transfer. So on 9/16 I started lurpon and then got my lupron period 8 days later. My baseline was on Thursday which was cycle day 3 and I started estrogen today, day 5. My transfer is set for 10/17.
For my FET, I started BCPs in early Jan, day 1 after BCPs was Jan 25 and I started Estradiol and had my baseline ultrasound a day later. My midcycle ultrasound was Feb 8 and I started PIO. Transfer was Feb 14.
