Looking for a middle name to blend my babies first and last names Pine Taber. I like but am not set on Elon, Johann (Yohan), Avette, or something different and/or natural. Thank you for your helpful feedback!

Ignore the people that insist on a more conventional middle name.  Do what you feel is right, not what other people suggest.

Cleary and Cluny could be good as well as Delaney, Kian, Kinsale, Nevyn, Nolan, or Whelan.

I like Pine Delaney Taber. In general I like a longer mn since fn & ln are shorter. Maybe:

Pine Apollo Taber

Pine Augustine Taber

Pine Roderick Taber *(I like this one best)

Pine Vaughn Taber

Pine Kingsley Taber

I like Johann. Avette doesn't make a good man's name at all.

Everybodys different. Personally I would never name a machine... And just in case you missed it the first name is not the topic. Just searching for a middle name.

I'm assuming you pronounce you LN as TAY-ber. Pine is NMS but agree that it goes better with a longer middle name. I also think it should be a very masculine name because just hearing pine I'm not sure I would know its a male ( not that mn are used all that often anyway). Any family names you can use?

I also like Roderick, Declan, Desmond, Gideon, Griffin, Malachi. Johan is fine from your list also. I also like Johan because the initials would be PJ-which is a good alternative or NN as he figures out what suits him best.
