Stress test??

Who has had a stress test? How did you do? Not sure of the ins and outs.

I had one done at 38 weeks. They put straps around your belly to monitor baby's heart rate and give you a thing to hold in your hand, and you are supposed to push a button every time you feel baby move. I think it was for about 30 minutes. They are just checking to make sure baby's HB and movement is normal.

I've had non stress tests. They're actually relaxing. The monitor vitals and do an ulta sound checking on fluids and baby. It's actually nice.

I'm sure that when I go in there I'll be all stressed. I have serious white coat syndrome and I suffer from panic disorders. Thought I had it under control.

Dezigned - I was left alone for mine, which helped.  It was pretty relaxing.  30 minutes of listening to baby.

Everything turned out great with the baby. She's getting oxygen to the brain and heart rate is awesome.
