I signed up for a 90 day challenge with a girl I know who is a beach body coach. So I am doing the T25 videos and Shakeology (I'll just do this for 1 month), but we have to also create meal plans every week. This is my weakness.
She told me of a couple of meal planning websites that she uses, and they are fee bases, which is fine since the amount isn't much, but I am not sure which to uses, should I go that route. Does anyone here meal plan, and if so, do you create your own, or use these types of services? If you use a service, which one?
