Meal Planning...help!

I signed up for a 90 day challenge with a girl I know who is a beach body coach.  So I am doing the T25 videos and Shakeology (I'll just do this for 1 month), but we have to also create meal plans every week.  This is my weakness. 

She told me of a couple of meal planning websites that she uses, and they are fee bases, which is fine since the amount isn't much, but I am not sure which to uses, should I go that route.  Does anyone here meal plan, and if so, do you create your own, or use these types of services?  If you use a service, which one?

  • I don't know the plan you are intending to follow, but sparkpeople.com is a great free website. You can customize their meal planner (by calories, carbs, vegetarian, etc). They also have great activity trackers and a fun community of people to help inspire you!
