I know I'm supposed to introduce each veggie or fruit one at a time and give it 3 days to be sure LO is not allergic. So...
Do I give her say, sweet potato on Monday, then go back to cereal for the next 2 days with no sweet potato, or do I give her sweet potato every day of the 3 days?
Once she's ok with sweet potato, and were ready to try avocado, do we give her only avacado? Pair them for a meal (little bit of each)? Rotate on each meal?
Looking for how others do it. I don't know why I'm making this so hard. Been eating my whole life and I feel like food has gotten pretty complicated these days!!
