I would totally do it every day. Probably multiple times. I would stress myself out with it OCD style. That's why I don't have one! Haha

I work in an obgyn office so I check the baby about 3-4 times a week. I was doing it everyday when I was sick but since cut back lol

I would use it every day but it's hard to find a few peaceful moments from my 2 and 3 year old boys!

I did when I was pregnant with DS but I gave my doppler away.  I'm content this time to hear it at the midwives office

It`s reccomended not you use it more than 10 minutes a day/ 7 times per week.

I use it twice a week.

I limit myself to once a week just because I know I would be doing the same thing if I let myself have free rein!
