Rib Pain

I'm 33 weeks with very active twins (they were 4 and 4.5 lbs at 32 weeks too). In the last week, I noticed I can no longer feel the bottom of my ribs under my breasts. Does that make sense? It hurts so much like a vise is around my ribs just under my breasts - my stomach remains softish, so I don't think they are contractions. Anyone else experience this? Just checking if it is normal. When I mentioned it happening on the right side, my nurse and OB said it was expected. Now that it is both sides, I am worrying this is different. Thanks!

I'm 25 weeks and having the exact same thing but only on my right side. I was told it was normal too though so im not much help

My pain is down low to one side...I think it is just where they are probably....My MFM so professionally stated " its just all that stuff in there."  OK!

I had terrible rib pain for several weeks around that time. It could either be your rib cage expanding or maybe one of the babies is ticked up under there. I had Baby A's foot lodged up on one side under the rib for awhile- it felt like a cracked rib or something. Took the wind right out of me when she kicked.
