Had a loss a few months ago, went for a u/s 2 weeks ago, and we could see the sac, we were measuring a few weeks behind what we thought, went back in for another 2 days ago and saw a heartbeat however yesterday started spotting. I've tried so hard to not get too excited but I just feel terrible. Trying to keep my hopes up but it's so hard, doctor said if I am still spotting tomorrow to ring up the hospital and go in to get checked out. My head is just everywhere. praying my little bean is strong enough

I know it's hard not to be concerned, but spotting may not be a definite sign on m/c. I've spotted with each pregnancy, each for different reasons. FX for you!
