Help! Sleep issues

I've posted before. My ds sttn great since 6 months. Now at 2 1/2 he got 4 molars at once, sister came home, school and such. Ever since 4-8 waking a night! We got down to 1-2 waking a a night but it's hit or miss:( now it's going back up because he's sick. I'm losing my mind. Dd is now in her 4 month wake period and was up 4 times last night along with ds up 4. Help

    No way. I wake up at the neighbors breathing 10 doors down;) I can not sleep with noise or kids in the bed:( it sucks.
