Recipe sticky?

I was thinking about some of the recipes that have been posted on this board recently and wondering if we should create a recipe sticky. Anyone interested could submit a quick and easy or make ahead recipe. SO and I are in a food rut, and I'm often home alone with the kids when I'm making dinner, too, so I'd love to add some new, easy recipes to my repertoire.

Anyone else interested?

I hope you share some vegan recipes, too! I believe @citrusfamily is also vegan.

If we need a mod to get a sticky, we should elect a co-mod.

@valstulas I find myself often reading my thoughts in your posts/responses. Everytime I have an idea, someone posts about it before I can. Of course, the fact it takes me, on average, a week to post about whatever I was thinking about doesn't help. I was thinking this the other day, but wasn't sure how to proceed minus Kdg.

I love the idea because I was thinking of this when I wanted to go back and look at some of the dairy free recipes, a recipe everyone was doing last week and when I just need inspiration. It would be nice to have a sticky vs having to search (or bookmark when I happen to be on computer).
