So, these forums are a great pleace to vent frustrations and anger, but I thought it would be nice to share all the pleasant things about being pregnant. 

So ladies - what have you enjoyed most so far?

Me: I'm experiencing the pregnancy "glow." My skin looks as flawless as a model on the cover of a vogue magazine, and I have an unbroken string of awesome hair-days that is now approaching the 3-week mark. Looks like all those hormones are doing some good!

How about y'all?

My skin is gorgeous right now. Despite the fact that I feel like I'm green, gross, and constantly nauseous.

Apart from seeing the little hb, the fact that DH will make dinner or locate snacks when i need them. Apart from that it's been a bit of a rough ride these last few weeks.

For me, it's not being on the roller coaster of TTC anymore. And not having to get an HSG because if I'd gotten my period instead of a BFP, IF testing was scheduled for the next cycle.

Still waiting for the "glow." My initial breakout has been really slow to clear up.

Not having to time sex anymore! We can finally bang it out when we want to, not when we have to. My skin has been beautiful too, I'm not stressed/terrified that I will never get pregnant, and there is a tiny little heart beating inside of me! That's pretty awesome.

Even though I can't wait to tell everyone, having this little secret between my other half and I has brought us so much closer. I love seeing how excited he gets and love his nickname for the LO, "munchkin". He's the sweetest.

Still waiting on the glow and great hair. I have noticed that I'm shedding a lot less, so I'm hoping that the good hair will start happening soon!

For me, it's getting a little extra doting on by my husband and family. And my husband has started making his own lunch and picking up after himself. It's a nice change!

The skin on my face looks lovely lol (we'll leave the back and shoulders out of it) DH is being super understanding and supportive. I just love seeing how excited he is about it.

I have had better hair days the past few weeks, and although I feel crappy a lot of the time, I really enjoy the spurts of energy I get when I start to feel better. It's like I'm hyperfocused and think I can do anything...ha!

I love walking past the baby section and knowing we can actually buy from there soon! I'm a sucker for newborn clothes - so tiny and so cute!!

Seeing baby on the ultrasound. I'm just so happy to know everything is OK. Other than that I'm hating first tri...I think that's because I know my favorite things like hearing the heartbeat and feeling kicks are just a few weeks away.

Getting to eat more!  I am usually very strict with my calories.  I am still tracking, but just to make sure I am getting enough calories and nutrients.

It's been great to feel positive about this journey. I also have a friend we were hoping to be pg more at the same time but that didn't work as she's getting ready to deliver soon. But now I feel like she's more comfortable talking to me about stuff, she was an amazing support through the TTC journey even though she didn't know first hand. And now I like that I can feel more there with her through the end of her pregnancy.

I love knowing that it takes us no time at all to conceive. I was always scared I wouldn't be able to get pregnant. I also love looking each week to see what size the baby is.

I love being able to say I'm pregnant. I've only told a few close friends so far as we live about 5 hours from both sets of grandparents-to-be and want to tell them face to face. I'm really looking forward to that!

Me too! Plus my husband has been more willing to get me stuff when I ask for it, drinks, food, whatever. And working for my parents, I've been able to come in late for the last week and a half because of morning sickness, and needing more time to eat and have my stomach settle and not have a problem, because I can just work late.

I loved seeing our turtle and the heartbeat!! I love writing to this LO in my pregnancy journal

Seeing pregnant woman or new mothers and smiling instead of feeling like my heart is breaking. Watching M start to figure out what it means. She giggles and says " I a big sister" she really just repeats everything she hears but it's cute. And all the thick hair that I got pp with M is finally falling back out.

I love the secret between DH & myself.  For the past 2 weeks, we've been the only two ppl to know about our LO!  We are hoping to tell my parents tonight (if we can talk to them alone!) and call DHs parents this weekend.  It will be nice to share our secret with them.  I'm so looking forward to my mom's reaction!!

Unfortunately I haven't gotten the "glow" yet, and my face is recovering from a mild break out this week.  Totally looking forward to the clear skin!
