Yay, excited for dd!

As some of you know, we've had some concerns with dd regarding gross motor development. We had her evaluated with EI recently and while she did show several?significant?delays, they wanted to wait and re-evaluate her in a few months before?recommending?any therapy.?

Well, all of a sudden days she's made several HUGE leaps and is making up for several months worth of delayed motor skills all at once. In the last month she's all at once pushing herself up while on her belly, rolling, scooting, sitting up on her own, going from eating zero solids to being on full table food, being able to get herself into a seating position on her own, waving bye-bye and as of yesterday she's an official crawler too! She's made up for about 6 months of milestones all in a matter of weeks!

We're excited for her, but all of a sudden realizing that our house is not nearly baby proofed enough for her at all, LOL. ?

YAY!  You give me some hope.  DS was behind at his 6 month appt. and they said they will reevaluate him at his 9 month appt.  I can only hope he does as well as your DD.  Way to go!
