Season with lots of sea salt and pepper and throw it on the grill! Make sure you let it sit out of the fridge for 20-30 minutes before cooking or it will take forever for the center to get done. mmmmmmm
You don't need to do much to it--salt and pepper is all. Roast in a 425-450 degree oven until the meat reaches about 135-140 degrees (for medium rare-medium. It's also a good idea, as pp suggested, to bring the meat to room temperature before cooking (promotes more even cooking).
