Fussy during the same feeding

My 3 month old has started to cry and fuss through the same feeding every day. All other feeding she does fine, however the 8 pm feeding she will take the bottle then start to cry. We give her a break and try again however the same thing... She takes the bottle and then cries. She takes maybe 1-2 ounces when every other bottle she takes 4-5 ounces. We can't get her to go to bed after even 2 hours of trying to feed. She shows signs that she is hungry before we start to feed her. Anyone else have this issue or any solutions? Thanks!
