So after many many unreturned phone calls to our service provider, I called his boss.
She pulls out his chart and talks to me for about 20 minutes with what is going on. She then says, "Ok, starting now I'll be your new service provider..."
Woohoo!!! Apparently, he really screwed up enough for her not even to suggest continuing on with our original. I was very polite, but extremely frustrated and she was amazing to work with.
Our old service coordinator kept calling my kids twins because there birthday is almost the same but 2 years apart.
So when my older son aged out of services, he aged out both kids and put DS1's birthdate on half of DS2's paperwork. No idea why he wouldn't return my phone calls, but he had no intention of having an annual review. Even though I called him last week and he read to me "Oh no, his IFSP is still current, in fact it expires on 9/27".
But everything is getting solved now. Phew.
