Breech baby? I have a recommendation!

I'm posting this because I hope that I can help some MN moms out there!

I'm 33 weeks and my baby had been in a breech position since my 20 week ultrasound. When I went to my appointment last week, my midwife told me that I should consider a few things to try to turn my baby (since I'd like to avoid a c-section). I went to https://spinningbabies.com and tried several of the "exercises" that were recommended there. I also decided to try acupuncture since I had heard some good things. It was my first time trying it, and to be honest-I was pretty skeptical. The woman I saw, Wei Lei Shen, has a master of science in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She told me that it would take 1-4 times to turn my LO. Long story short, I had one session and THE BABY TURNED THAT NIGHT! I was amazed and super relieved. And she was very kind and made me feel super comfortable since I had never tried acupuncture before.

So- I thought I'd pass along her info in case anyone in the twin city area out there is looking for some help w/ a breech baby. Here's her website: https://www.acupuncturewoodbury.com

I HIGHLY recommend her!

I hope your baby stays put now! I had a successful ECV by Dr Grande at Metro OBGYN and that night she flipped back to breech. After waiting it out another couple weeks and trying all the spinningbaby recommendations again, I had another ECV and was induced to prevent her from flipping again.

That's awesome. The spinning babies exercises did not work at all to try make LO face the other way. He was born sunny side up after 22 hours of labor, suction and a threatened c-section. :)
