I'm trying to get groceries for the rest of the week so far I have: tofu stir fry with snow peas, veggie chili, burritos... I need one more and I'm brain farting....

    so apparently its a slow day here... its ok I figured it out myself, vegan "chicken" pot pie soup... omg I want it now.  Good thing I made my list when I did because Raylan took a 4 1/2 hr nap at daycare yesterday... put him down exact same time today... up in 2 hrs.  Go figure.

    We are having steak and potatoes. Steak was on sale because it has to be used by today. Yay cheap steak!

    We had grilled shrimp & tilapia marinated in lemon, thyme and garlic with roasted cauliflower..mMm so delicious.

    For kids it was chef boyardee ravioli. They love that stuff like crack. It is so messy though I can only handle it once a week!
    DH is golfing and brings home dinner on nights he golfs so I have no idea what I am eating!
