PIP: First u/s!

Went for our first ultrasound today and baby looks perfect! Measuring exactly where he/she should be at 8wk4d. It was funny because you know how you have to drink a ton of water before the exam, well I almost pissed my pants in the waiting room and finally told the receptionist "i gotta go!!!". Well when I got in the exam room, she said she could see on the sonogram my bladder was still way too full and made me go pee again! lol

Not sure how fast the heartbeat was, forgot to ask (doh!) But we definitely saw it. It made our day! Hope all you ladies get to see your little beans soon! It was an amazing experience.

We went to the bookstore and bought grandpa and grandma books. Next week we'll be giving them to our parents and finally tell them. So excited!
