17 wks, discomfort at incision - is VBAC out?

I am 17 weeks with my second. Lately I have felt pressure or discomfort around my incision from my c/s (it was 2 years ago). For example, sometimes when going to the bathroom I am hesitant to 'push' at all (even if it is just peeing) because of the feeling. I am worried when I tell my Dr about this he will say a VBAC isn't a good idea.

Anyone experience anything like this during your pregnancy after a c/s?

From about 18 to 20 weeks I had a lot of round ligament pain. It hurt so much when I sneezed, especially around my incision area, that I was worried about the same thing. Ask your Dr. They'll know better than anyone. My OB didn't seem worried about it all, but they know all about my c-section, incision, etc.

I didn't even think about round ligament pain. Definitely happens when I sneeze too. thanks! I will be sure to talk to the Dr about it.

That sounds very normal to me. I remember being really uncomfortable in the second trimester.

Sounds normal to me. I never mentioned it to my dr and at 38 weeks tomorrow it's gone now. It was only on my right side.
