I think it's interesting that the most popular boys' names is actually a more diverse map, because I would have assumed the opposite. (I've seen the map before, but so far being a "girl mom," I tend to just look at the girl name stats.)

Oh, so THAT's where all the Emmas are hiding, haha. In every other state except mine.

I'm from an Emma state, which I'm not even remotely surprised about. I'm also from a William state, which I'm a little surprised to learn. My experiences don't really carry much weight regarding this map, but I don't feel like I hear about a lot of little babies or boys named William. I seem to hear Noah and Elijah more, but I may just be in the wrong place or around the wrong people.
