What's cooking this week? I need to mentally switch over from summer recipes (i.e. tacos and pasta salad) to fall/winter recipes (i.e. shepherds pie).

Tues- out for a friend's birthday
Wed- BBQ beer can chicken and roasted veggies
Thurs- leftovers
Fri- sausage and cheese omelettes, fresh tomatoes, buttermilk biscuits
Sat- Slowcooker tomato beef stroganoff, steamed broccoli
Tonight: leftovers
Tuesday: breakfast burritos
Wednesday: non-breakfast burritos (because we have to use all of the tortillas)
Thursday: my BFFs are getting here, so probably going out
Friday: Trader Joe's tempura chicken
Saturday: out
Sunday: DH is making lasagna
Monday: probably crock pot pot roast
Tonight: Freezer meal - stuffed shells - and salads
W: Moms Night Out - DH and DD are on their own
Th: Chicken of some sort? I have a ton of chicken in the freezer and no clue what to do with it.
Fri & Sat - we're going out of town this weekend. Not sure if we're leaving on Fri or not, but I'm not planning anything.
Sun: Dinner with my parents.
Tonight is artichoke pasta with sausage and spinach.
Wed: mango curried chicken.
Thurs: tri tip and veg medley
Fri: street tacos with the tri tip leftovers
Sat: big family dinner at my dad's cousin's house.
