EDD is one week from today and honestly feels like an eternity. Next doc appt is Friday...praying (begging) I either don't make it to EDD or have some sort of progress at my appt .
Currently in L&D getting induced at 41w. Cervadil is in but I can't sleep. Otherwise doing pretty good. Looking forward to finally holding my baby boy but a tad nervous about labor.
Doing good. Still adjusting to being a family of 4. DS is 2 weeks 4 days and we are hitting his growth spurt and fussy evenings. DD is still figuring out if she likes being a sister. I'm hanging in there. Things are crazy around here-like normal.

@redfallon Sweetie, your weight is all boobs! You will lose it soon enough, don't worry. You look great.
Me, probably not so much. 5'1 and I've put on 42 total lbs (our aim was 35-45 anyway) but still! It hurts. My kidney feels like it's infected, my spine randomly throbs, and now, when I try to lay down to sleep, my stomach actually hurts because it's being pulled by all of the weight. I sit up and I feel ok. Ugh..
DH has one last night off before my EDD. And he has class that day, so the moment he gets home he's going to sleep.
I've felt better in the last few days than I have in most of the pregnancy (minus the sleep issue. I'm still not sleeping). No idea why though. Calm before the storm?
DH baked an apple pie yesterday. It's delicious. How did I find a baking man?

@mzronzio I'm 4'11 and I'm up 38 pounds. I feel you on the sleeping issue. When I roll from right to left it feels like I have a stack of bricks on my belly. Are you showing more than most people? I've looked 9 months prego for about 3 months now. Hang in there. Hopefully our small bodies don't have to push too big of babies.

@msronzio Thanks! I wonder if the 40 lbs is distributed among the rest of my baby belly, the humongo boobs, and my ass? :-?
I'm 5'3" and put on about 60 lbs. I want to get back to the 140lbs I weighed when DH and I got married. That was just last April (2012). I put on a little weight before I got pregnant, too.
DH doesn't bake, but he cooks! He's been so great these last two weeks. DD and I are doing ok so far today with DH back at work. I had to eat my cereal out of the pack n play this morning. Cereal bowl, thankfully, had a flat bottom, so I put it on the bassinet part, and DD was in the napper, so I was eating cereal with one hand and holding her pacifier with the other. She just now went down for her afternoon nap, so I was finally able to eat some lunch.
I can't lift her in her carseat yet, so we won't be going anywhere on our own for another couple of weeks until I get the OK from my doctor. I'm a homebody anyway, so it doesn't bother me that much.
