First Dr Appt

When is everyone scheduling their first appt?  My doctor's office just scheduled it for mid October. I will be 10 weeks.  I feel like last time they saw me right away.

It is normal to not have an appt until you are at least 9weeks. I was shocked, too. My appt is oct 2nd and I called them to make it on sept 11th. It seems like other people on here see the dr much earlier, but they see people early if they have had previous complications. The wait is horrible!!!

My first appointment is in two days, on Wednesday when I will be exactly 8 weeks.  Can't wait!!!

After seeing my betas rise appropriately, my doctor doesn't want to see me again until October 2nd.  I will be 8 weeks, 2 days and will have a full exam and u/s.

Mine was originally scheduled for Oct 8, but I was impatient and asked them to move it up a week.  Now it's the 30th and I will be just over 7 weeks.

Mine is Thursday and I will be 8.5 and they said no u/s just pap and bloodwork and be able to hear the babies heartbeat! I'm bummed because I wanted to be able to see the baby. My first ultrasound isn't until nov 18th and I will be 16 weeks! Sucks!

My doc is having me come in on the 17th. I'll be a little over 9 weeks.

Mine is Wednesday and I'll be 5w5d. I think my doc wants to see me sooner than later to confirm dates. My last period was July 2. This is also my first pregnancy.

I called today, to try and make an appointment. The lady on the phone (very rudely after she discovered my age) told me they don't make appointments until I'm at five weeks. I am four weeks and five days, so I don't know why I couldn't just schedule an appointment for two days from now, but oh well. They also said I will only see a nurse to do bloodwork and paperwork. So *shrug* I'll keep people updated!

My first appt is at 9 weeks. I am happy to wait that long, though, bc there's a better chance I may be able to see a little something on the ultrasound!
