Off and on, depends on the food.
Good with spoons, not so much with forks
Good with forks, spoons are his/her cryptonite!
Just holds the utensil in one hand while eating with the other hand

I put SS because he pretty much sucks at getting any sort of food onto his spoon, and then keeping it there from plate to mouth is practically an impossibility.
And with a fork, he knows what to do, but often doesn't poke the food hard enough to get it to stick on the fork so I have to help guide his hand a little. He easily uses a fork if I am there to poke his food with it though.
So getting the hang of a fork, but definitely not great with it, and pretty hopeless with the spoon.
