high chair

what high chair are you using, and do you recommend it?

we are currently just using the Bumbo with the tray, but need to go out and buy a high chair now that she is eating with us every night.  I remember researching them while I was pregnant, but I never really picked one out.  Just curious if anyone has one they really love, or any specific features to look for?

I have the $20 ikea chair. I love it! No upholstery to clean. No ridges. Modern. Smaller. And easy to break down. I was all about easy cleaning

We have a fischer price space saver.  No complaints.

graco simpleswitch... super easy to clean, price is right, is also a booster seat in the future. I dig it.

I've used my Fisher Price booster seat with tray for all three kids and it has been great. It attaches to a regular chair and is really easy to clean.

This! It's built like a restaurant high chair but you can buy a tray for it.

We also have the space saver and it's great. Easy to take the cover off to wash, and easy to hide the whole thing if I need to get it out of the way for a while.

I have the Graco Blossom too (a PP mentioned it) and we love it.  We've actually been using it for a while just to have a place to sit DD to play with her toys while I'm washing dishes or making dinner.  Her favorite spot is in front of the big kitchen window (don't worry we strap her in so she's not going anywhere) and she loves to try to talk to the kids outside while she sits there.

I had a booster seat type chair with ds1....I put an old large towel on the chair before I put the booster seat on and it made clean up so much easier IMO.

Right now I have a second hand high chair that is functional but not what I am wanting.

I have a chicco poly and I really like it. It's super adjustable and has easy to clean and remove plastic padding.

Summer infant bentwood high chair. A nice mix of style and function. It folds up and can lean against the walk for space.

We have the Oxo Tot Sprout chair.  My DH wanted something that blended nicely with our furniture.  It is really nice the DS seems to love sitting in it.  It cleans up really easily,  I like that fact that it will grow with the child as he gets older - it becomes a booster/child seat.  It doesn't fold up, but really doesn't seem to take up anymore space than a regular chair.

we ended up going with this one.  I liked that it could either be a stand-alone high chair or strap to our chairs (like the FP one).  $70 was about as much as I was willing to spend...I just felt like the ones over $100 were a rip off.  We used it for the first time last night and it worked great!
