My youngest started choking on her Popsicle just now. I had to flip her around and whack her on her back, but we got it out. I was starting to get a little nervous because she wasn't making any noise so I knew no air was getting in or out. That could have turned out much differently...

Ugh. How terrifying! So glad you knew what to do and she ok! With my son just starting on finger foods, choking is probably my #1 fear right now. Awful.
