Meatloaf

Have you tried making one without eggs? DD has egg allergy. Im wondering if it gets too crumbly without eggs.

  • I use 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 mild Italian sausage. I leave out egg and add Italian bread crumbs. Sooooo good. The extra fat and deliciousness in the sausage helps bind it all.

  • There's also always ener-g egg replacer. It's a powder that you can use to substitute for eggs in any recipe. I buy it at Whole Foods.

  • I've made it without an egg bc I realized midway I didn't have one - it was a little crumbly but still tasted great. Really, to me, it barely made a difference.
