Diaper rash - update

Ok peeps, am I doing the maalox/desitin thing wrong? It hasn't even touched her rash. I read online to mix part tube desitin, part tube A&D, and 2-3 tbsp maalox. That's what I did. Less? Too much?
Should I try the triple paste or just call the dr Monday?
I have no signs of thrush by the way. Been sanitizing bottles and paci's. Her mouth is actually looking pretty good today. She has red/white sores Friday but now they are just red and seem smaller.
Probiotics- already doing that. Two times daily per the pedi.
He was concerned about her immune system because she just seems to catch things easily. Suggested tiny drop of iodine in a 4oz bottle. Tried that. She threw it up 2 hours later.
