    I really wish they would just change the box to parent. The distinction doesn't need to be there. I am so happy that the situation was attended to quickly and with respect.

    I am impressed how quickly the state government worked on that. I do agree that the box should just state parent.

    That form is ridiculous but I'm glad she said something and that it was attended to. I hope they change the form soon.

    Started TTC July 2012. Missed m/c & d&c 9/12 11w. Natural m/c 1/13 6w. Chemical pgs 3/13 & 8/13 around 4w. Currently TTA while saving for adoption.
