Restless leg

Any tips for dealing with this? I feel like it gets worse with bed rest and its driving me insane. I'd really love 3-4 hours of sleep straight.

  • Try soaking in an epsom salt bath. The magnesium is supposed to help with cramps I've yet to try it but 4 different people have recommended it.
