Has anyone ever used care.com or sittercity.com?

I need to find a new sitter/possibly nanny.  I have seen the ads for care.com and sittercity.com, but I have never used either.  Anyone have any experience with either of these?  Is one site better than the other?  I would love any feedback on these sites.  Thanks.

I use care.com.  I found the most amazing babysitter/nanny there.  I like it because you can do background checks on the candidates and if you request it, they will call the references and tape record the responses for you to listen to.
