Nanny Share - Tustin Ranch

Hello, I currently have a Full-time Nanny 40 hours per week and am looking for another mom who may want to do a Nanny share.  My son is 16 months and very active and playful!  My house is fully childproofed and open & spacious with lots of room to play & is in a gated community.  My Nanny is awesome!  She takes him to the park everyday, bathes him, plays with him, reads to him, she's even taught him a few words and some sign language.  She came with great references & fully background checked/fingerprinted.  She doesn't text or talk on the phone while she's caring for my son (which is rare).  I work from home during the day so I am physically present in the other room while she's here.  I am willing to pay a couple dollars more per hour since you would be bringing your child here to my home.  She can work more hours than 40 if you need her to & the times are flexible!  Please message me if interested!
