Switching nannies

So, we fired our nanny. DS was good with her. DD highly disliked her. Picking DD up from school was very stressful for her. Our nanny asked for other arrangements to be made. My feelings are she is being paid A LOT (700 a week split between two families plus a monthly subway pass. Part time share). If she can't deal with picking up our daughter and then complained we didn't pay her for the 30 min a day she watched her, she can leave. Also, I found out through some SAHM friends, our nanny was not very nice to DD and yelled at her a lot. I'm pretty stressed about this. So now we have to interview, hire someone and get DS used to a new person. Thanks for letting me vent!
