I love my Kinderpack! I'm looking into getting the Toddler sized one next since my child is ginormous. I've tried lots of soft structured carriers and this is by far my favorite! Next choice after the Kinderpack would be a woven wrap or mei tai. If you have a baby wearing international group in your area you can go to a meeting and try them out before committing. Some even have a lending library to use for a while before as well. GL
Lillebaby Nordic. The price is right (less thanthe Bjorn), it has 6 different carrying positions, no special inserts, is extremely supportive with back support and padded shoulder straps, and the weight limit is really high, around 40 lbs, I think. I use ours all the time with my almost 19 lb 6 month old and never have any issues with back pain or fatigue and he has always loved it.
I just got a Tula and it is incredible. So comfortable for us both, had a nice hood and pocket, and provides great support for dd. She is napping in it now: )
Re: Recommend your carrier
We're still using our Infantino Flip and we really like it. Good price too, much cheaper than a Bjorn.
