Suburban drivers

After a lot of research I have narrowed down my new car to a suburban but I wanted 2 carseats in the third row and one in the 2nd row bucket seat. There is only 1 tether in the third row. How do you configure your car seats?

I have 2 in boosters in the back row.  Dylan is in a 5 point in the middle of the 2nd.  Needing to use the 3rd row with 2 car seats in the 2nd is almost impossible.  I couldn't get DD's carseat to install with the seat beat.  It only has latch middle or behind the passenger which is the seat you lift to get to the 3rd row.
