I work in sales, I am in the process of training someone to cover for me while I am out of the office, I support more reps than anyone else in the company and I produce more quotes and orders than anyone on my team. We have some rather catty individuals on the team that would rather gossip than work and who are more concerned with what others are doing. They have chased several good people out because they are very uncomfortable to work with. Management is aware of the challenges. Any who- so one of them has been dumping her work off on me, while I am trying to train the other gal, and I am all about team player but I already do a crap ton more work... I feel like I am partly on edge because of being pregnant and I haven't been sleeping well other than the one night this week. But it seems unreasonable to continue to dump on me when I do so much more, the numbers say 3 times the volume! Anyway I needed to vent, I am going to mention it to the VP this afternoon that I am feeling dumped on and see if that helps...
