Ovarian Cyst Removal & TTC?

Anyone have a success story about getting pregnant naturally after a cystectomy??? 1Month ago I had large simple cyst removed, and I so ready to start TTC but can use ANY advise,

Hi!  I'm newly newly pregnant (6 weeks) but had a cystecomy and endometrial growth removal back in March for my PCOS/endometriosis.  It took us 5 months, and 2 rounds of clomid but I did get pregnant last month.  My hormones were slightly off because of my cysts to they put me on progesterone then clomid, but it did work none the less.
