My Intro!

Hello! I'm 5 weeks 6 days into my first pregnancy. My husband and I have been married a year and a month and decided to wait about a year to start trying for a baby. One month of trying was all it took, so here I am! We live outside of Boston with our big dog. I'm a mix of nervous and excited, and still having a hard time believing this is really happening, aside from the fact that my boobs appear to be getting bigger every day. Don't have my first appointment until October 10th, which feels like an eternity, though part of me is glad because I have a terrible phobia of needles.

Looking forward to getting to know you ladies and being able to chat, vent and share all the crazy stuff that's about to start happening. also looking forward to the time when i'll understand what all of these freakin acronyms stand for...
