I could go on for days but when we were in the NICU he was such a farter that the nurses actually mentioned it in their shift change!

I have his handprint, footprint, name and dates on my left side right under my ribs (where I felt the most kicks). I also have a birthstone ring and a pendant with his hand and footprint and name on the front and his dates on the back.

DH has the same tattoo I have but on his right calf. He also has the same pendant but his is on a dog-tag.

Do you know the cause of death? No really. There were indications of a possible cord accident, but nothing really visible. Last week, I was told i have MTHFR which is a clotting disorder. I now have to give myself daily shots during pregnancy. They cannot conclusively say if that played a part either.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. The way she would roll to the side her daddy was on when he talked to her. I absolutely loved that. They had such a bond and it still breaks my heart to think about how beautiful it was.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? I was given several pieces of jewelry, but found what I loved from an Etsy seller. Its a pendant with her name and engraved prints of her feet.

There was a 7 inch blood clot in her umbilical cord. The doctors believe she pinched it.

If I put anything on my stomach, she would always kick it to get it off.

My husband and I have matching tattoos of a pink rose with petals flying off that turn into doves. I also have a necklace with an A on it that says "I will hold you again in heaven" and a pandora like bracelet with both of my girls' birthstones.

Alice. We had only just started discussing names and hadn't gotten to middle names yet. Alice doesn't have a middle name, but I think of her as Alice Grace.

Her death certificate says "extreme prematurity". I have an incompetent cervix and delivered her at 20w4d.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born.
I remember being so excited that we were adding to the family. I thought I had started feeling flutters the week before we lost her. When she was born I remember how perfect she looked and how much like her big brother she looked (who looks just like my DH), but she had my brother's super long fingers and toes.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry?
I wear a pair of aquamarine stud earrings every day and I have a necklace I wear when I need extra comfort. I do plan to get a memorial tattoo and add Alice's initial to my family tattoo I already have.

He doesn't have either. We haven't found anything that he feels fits. And he's not a tattoo type.

Unfortunately we don't. Her autopsy report came back completely normal. Now we're waiting on my blood work and the report on the placenta. We will probably fall in the category of those who will never know what happened.
During pregnancy, I loved feeling her kick and doing flips. She was so active at night that we just knew bedtimes were going to be awful. As much as I loved that, my favorite moment was holding her. She was so beautiful. She had her daddy's brows and I absolutely love that.
A friend gave me a pandora bracelet with Parker's name on it. I plan on adding stuff to that. My birthday is coming up, so MH is going to get me a birthstone ring to represent Parker and I'll wear it under my wedding band. I'm considering getting a bird tattoo on my shoulder with some flowers she was holding in her pictures or her initials with angel wings. I'm not making any permanent/lifelong decisions right now because everything is still so fresh.

I think telling our families we were pregnant. My step-dad cried. It was very beautiful.

DH and I plan on getting a bean sprout with the date tattoos. I already have some, it will be DH's first one. I would like to get one of those necklaces, but DH gets upset when I talk about it.

Do you know the cause of death? I have a suspected incompetent cervix and she couldn't survive the birth at just 22 weeks.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. When I was pregnant with her, I was so amazed when I saw her kicks for the first time in addition to feeling them. I could have laid there all day watching. The morning after she was born, I woke up pretty early and MH was still sleeping. She had spent the night in the crib next to my hospital bed, so I got her out of her crib and just held her and sobbed. It was just me and her in the wee hours of the morning, and it was so heartbreaking but so precious.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? I have her footprint, along with her name and date on my ankle. My friend also sent me an angel necklace.
Does your SO have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? MH has a K with angel wings on his inside forearm. He also has a dogtag on a chain that says Daddy of an Angel and on the back is her name.

Do you know the cause of death? No. Her heart just stopped for reasons unknown. Every test came back normal and nothing was found in the autopsy.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. All of my memories of Ava are from when I was pregnant, so my favorite memory is when we went to the San Genaro feast in NYC and she kicked like crazy after I ate zeppoles. That same feast is back around and DH wants to go again this year. When he mentioned it to me I immediately got sad and though of Ava and how much she liked the zeppoles last year.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? I have memorial jewelry; two necklaces and an "A" charm with her birthstone on the same necklace that I wear DS's "J" charm with his birthstone. For my memorial necklaces, one is silver and it says "In Memory of my Angel" with her name engraved, along with an angel wing and a pearl to represent a tear. The other necklace is a gold necklace that says "I carry your heart with me, I carry it in my heart" and in the center of the circle is a heart that has "Ava" engraved in it. I wear one of these necklaces or the charm with her initial every day.

When is their angelversary/birthday? Born sleeping August 19, 2012.
Do you know the cause of death? Complete placental abruption caused by trauma. I fell in a parking lot on August 17, had a complete work up [NST, u/s, appointment] and saw that everything was fine, so was sent home. Wound up in the ER on August 19 because of lack of movement and found out that my placenta had completely separated and he was gone.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. He loved music - he always danced around when he heard music. We saw a Broadway musical when I was about 25 weeks pregnant, and he moved around the entire time - it was so awesome. I also cherish that first moment I got to meet him; he was so peaceful, so beautiful, and looked almost exactly like his big brother. I bawled my eyes out but was so glad to have him with me.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? I have two memorial necklaces and am probably getting one of his footprints; I'm also waiting on a necklace from Held Your Whole Life. I'm considering a tattoo, but I don't like needles, so not sure if that will happen.
Does your SO have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? He doesn't have any jewelry but does have a tattoo. Devon's name and angelversary are tattooed on his arm in blocks, along with the quote "Gone but never forgotten". It's under the tattoo he has for his dad, who lost his battle with cancer in 2007.

I don't know medical terms, his umbilical cord was twisted and knotted and it caused cardiac arrest.

I loved that every time I drove and listened to Kanye West, Domenik would have a party in utero! And the time I got to spend with him after delivery was the most magical time, even though I spent most of it crying. I got to sniff him for 5hours, which was all I wanted to do... I wanted to remember his scent. Also the time I found out he was Domenik and not a girl, I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling and saying his name! I have so many favorite memories of him while in utero and I'll never forget them!

I don't have any jewelry... Not sure I would ever get any. But I have a lot of tattoos and I'm planning one for him. It's the anchor and boat steering wheel theme... The steering wheel being for Domenik, and it will quote "Guide me, Domenik Rey, 9.9.13". On my left forearm. On the right will be the anchor with quote " forever hold me down"
I did receive a wind chime from a friend that has a poem on each chime and his name, birthdate and time, and it says "until we meet again". My friend told me that she hopes every time I hear it that I know my little angel is around! I myself also made a painting and I wrote his name and birthdate on it. And my co-worker purchased a star on his birthdate and names it after him! I have so many memorial items, and I hold them all very close to my heart!

When he was born and we found out that he was a boy, I just looked at him and knew his name was Ian. It wasn't a name that we had discussed at all before. Our boy name was suppose to be Ethan. It was very special, It felt like he "spoke" to me to tell me his name.
I also have the memory of a dream where he visited me a few months after he died. It was so vivid and beautiful. I feel like it was a last gift from him.

I have a bracelet with his name and DOB on it and I have his foot prints as a tattoo on my inner anckle.

What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. I used to love how she would "play" with DH. If she was kicking and DH put his hand on my belly to feel, she immediately stopped. As soon as he removed his hand, she'd start again.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? No tattoos, but I may get one in the future. I have a necklace with her name that says, "Always in my heart". I also have a bracelet my sister gave me and Izzie was buried with a matching one.

What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. I loved watching them on the u/s I remember one of our earlier u/s Elliott was trying to wake Ryland up and kicked him so hard Ryland shot up, but he was stubborn and wouldn't move around even after that. Elliott was always much more active than Ryland.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry?
I have quite a few things actually. My MIL got me a charm bracelet with their names and birthstones and another bracelet with their birthstones and mine and DHs. My good friend got me a necklace with their names and birthstone, but I don't really wear it because I have a necklace they made at the funeral home with their actual footprints and their names on it that I wear everyday. I also had two blue topaz stones added to my engagement ring (I lost a diamond out of it and didn't notice until we came home from the hospital.
Does your SO have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? No he doesn't have anything. He's not really the type to wear jewelry or to have tattoos. I've thought about getting a keychain or something with their footprints on it for him, but I don't know.

Do you know the cause of death? No. Her heart stopped at 31 weeks but no cause could be found.
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born. So many. I loved when before going to sleep each night, I would lie on my side to give her plenty of room to kick and DH and I would just feel her and talk to her and dream together.
Do you have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? I have a ring with an aquamarine heart with a diamond on each side that symbolizes the three of us. It is inscribed with her initials and birthday.
Does your SO have any memorial tattoos or jewelry? He had some lance armstrong-type bands made and he wears one occasionally.

Do you know the cause of death?
The doctor told me that there was a complication with his umbiliicle chord. When we went to the hospital, he had a strong heartbeat, but it went down rapidly once they broke my water. They also saw a lot of merconium in my water. We are waiting for the autopsy to find out the details
What is your favourite memory of your angel? Either from when you were pregnant or from after they were born.
My baby was alert and responsive during my pregnancy and I loved him for that. He loved it when we took showers. My first shower without him at home left me crawling on the shower floor in tears. He also liked to relax when I go swimming. He apparently had excellent hearing because he would jump when I kicked the toilet seat down in the morning.

I got a locket with his picture that I'm planning on wearing for a long time. I would be happy to flash his picture to anyone that ask. I got one for my mother as well.

I'm helping him find something. He doesn't like to wear jewelry other than his wedding band and although he likes tattoos, he never got one. I suggested that he get Warren's footprints as his first. I guess I'll wait to see what he chooses to do.
