Nap clusterf***

DS1 is dropping naps entirely at the same time as DS2 is transitioning from two naps to one.

Afternoons are a whole lot of crazy, cranky, suckiness at our house. Okay, they're not all sucky, but I really miss my late afternoon respite.

  • I'm queen of "you don't have to sleep but you have to rest quietly on your bed" before you know it they are out cold! I'm dealing with stubborn Italians over here too,LOL! How the heck are you Stever? I've been MIA.

  • DS outgrew naps right before he turned 4.  I still make him do quiet time while I take a nap.

I can get him to participate in "quiet time," but the real pains in the butt come when he needs to keep quiet so his brother can nap or when he starts acting like a lunatic because he's so sleepy.

And I'm great, JM. How're you?

Quiet time's awesome! And naps? I'm jealous.
