@goldenB here is the article on the baking soda vinegar shampoo method. If you want more information, just google "no poo method of hair washing" or "baking soda shampoo". Quite seriously, it's amazing. I never thought I would be able to go multiple days without washing my hair. But my hair is easier to handle, shinier, thicker (and it got that way before I was pregnant), and so much softer. And I have natural curl to my hair and it cuts way down on the frizzy too.

Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012. We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!
I shower every evening without fail, though I picked Special Snowflake since I really only wash my hair once or twice a week. My hair gets super dry otherwise.
I generally try to shower everyday at night, but if I didn't work that day, I sometimes skip it. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week so it doesn't dry out.
I'm normally an every other day-er, but it has been so dang hot that a nice cool shower at the end of the day is glorious! Plus, since I'm lotioning a lot more, gotta shower to keep from the pores getting clogged and stuff.
I shower every morning (well later on weekends) and wash hair every other day. If I worked out or ran around a lot at work, I will take a quick shower before bed
I take a 45 min- 1 hr bath every.single.night. I bring my iPad and listen to music or pull up a show I missed on Hulu. It's my non-negotiable me-time (unless H or the kids are sick). Then after I get out I spend another half hour putting on body butter, grooming myself, and otherwise spoiling myself rotten. H does the same thing with his morning showers so it all evens out.
I only wash my hair a few times a week. Sometimes I just condition.

I shower every morning, but I only wash my hair once a week. It's very long, thick, and dry, so washing more often just makes it even dryer, plus it's just a lot of work to dry and style it. I wash it on Sundays and, if needed, I use dry shampoo on Saturdays to get that extra day.
I usually wash my hair every other day but I take a lot of baths. I will take one before I go to bed and then in the morning also if I'm not washing my hair.
I am beyond jealous of the every other day girls. My hair will just lay flat on my head or get too greasy and I will break out like crazy if I don't showe daily.
Wow I'm surprised at the results! I usually shower twice daily, in the morning and evening. Sometimes only once a day depending what's on. I also don't wash my hair every time - it takes too long to dry. Of course this will probably change once LO arrives.
With a toddler and no DH at home most of the time I grab a bath when I can! Ha ha. This usually works out to every other day to 36 hours. When DH is home I spend hours in the tub!!!!!
I used to be able to wash my hair every other day..... Since I got pregnant though it HAS to be done daily, deep conditioned, and I have to use detangeler or else my thick curly hair becomes dreads!!
Just realized while on mobile that I clicked page 100 when I meant to hit page 2.... So sorry ladies for the September poll being brought back to page 1!!
