trouble updating siggy

I'm unable to update my DD's ticker nor my siggy pic - I've followed the steps I've always used.  It appears to save the new codes, but when I post, it's my old pic and ticker.  Any suggestions?

    Thanks - my ticker uploaded, but my new picture is showing a black box w/ an X in it?  I'll keep monkeying with it.

    I've tried updating mine also and it didn't work. I tried to follow your suggestion of finding the little person icon and I don't have that. I have to go to my bump, then click on edit my avatar and sig, and then paste the HTML into the forums signature box. I've hit save several times and it still doesn't show up. Any help?

    Ok, I found it...apparently I was a little too sleep deprived from DD last night lol! Now I just have to mess around with it to make it work.
